Surrounded by an almost unbelievably beautiful view over Lake Mälaren your conferences and meetings will be a treat. As Sigtunahöjden is built with meetings in mind it offers a great location supported by architecture and décor. With just 15 minutes from Stockholm Arlanda Airport and 20 minutes from Stockholm itself you could not find a better location.

Our goal is to offer our Swedish and guests from overseas a truly international and modern meeting venue with first class, personal service in one of the best locations in Sweden.  Here, all meetings are made special.  With 18 meeting rooms which can host between 2 and 180 guests and all the technical equipment and support you could ask for, we welcome your visit.  Whether working or relaxing, you and your colleagues will be sure to enjoy our award winning cuisine or taking part in a stimulating activity.

Simplified booking system for participants

Do you have a group that will be registering on an individual basis?  We offer a service where participants receive their own registration link for making reservations or paying their own costs.  As the booking coordinator, you will have a special login to the registration link which allows you to see who has replied.  For more information on this service, contact Sales & Bookings for more information.

Meeting styles

Here at Sigtunahöjden we try to create a unique atmosphere and setting for a successful meeting.  A meeting is much more than just a room with four walls. We strive to incorporate elements which provide focus and ambience.  We use various meeting styles developed in conjunction with Svenska Möten (Swedish Meetings Group) and we can recommend the following:

Virtually There -  Using digital technology to include participants who are not sitting in the same room.

Walk and Talk - What better environment than our park grounds or Sigtuna town?

Brainstorming - We supply the tools -  flip charts, pens, visual aids, etc. This is a popular choice among our returning guests.

Quality and values

Sigtunahöjden is a member of IACC (International Association of Conference Centres), a global organization of quality-minded conference centres.  We are also members of Svenska Möten (Swedish Meetings Group) which has 120 hand-picked conference facilities throughout Sweden.  We are proud to take part in Sigtuna's initiative to reduce our carbon footprint and work towards sustainability in the tourist industry.  We have qualified as a "Swan-marked" hotel and conference facility via our proactive environmental efforts.  The restaurant serves Fair Trade food and drinks.
